Here is our latest project. This system takes frozen pizza crusts from the bakery and places them on the cardboard for final pizza assembly. This system can place up to 75 crusts per minute per line. That is a crust placed in less than 1/2 a second!

This system was changed from using expensive and complicated servo drives to using simple motor drives to control the crust speed. An encoder and photo eye are used to read the tabbed belt below. Finally, a programmable controller is used to do the speed adjustment math.
