This is a pizza crust stacker for a large pizza manufacturer. It can stack up to 120 crusts per minute per line and there are two lines controlled by this system.
This crust stacker uses two servo motors: the vertical lift and the linear motor crust pusher. It also uses two variable frequency drives (Powerflex 525s) for the infeed and outfeed conveyors. Finally, it is protected by a Category 3 (pl d) safety door lock system.
