Consulting and Engineering
We can advise and design control systems that will be both cost effective and control effective. Detailed quotes can be provided free of charge, which allows you to compare our service and approach with others. Quotes for products and services can be on a time/material, fixed price, or not to exceed costing structure.
Design and Electrical CAD Drawings
We can design 3-phase distribution systems up to 480VAC. We have an extensive library of PLC I/O cards and device symbols. We can design complex singe-phase controls such as relay ladder logic, complex I/O, specialty devices, etc. We can also design control panels from small J-boxes up to multi-door enclosures.
PE Certification of Designed Systems
Some municipalities require control systems be certified by a professional engineer (PE). We have a certified professional engineer on staff (state of Wisconsin). In addition, Prime Control Systems LLC is a certified professional engineering company registered in the state of Wisconsin. We can stamp drawings that are designed by us in compliance with some municipalites.
Panel Fabrication
We can design, build, pre-test, and deliver any panel from small J-boxes to multi-door enclosures. We have a UL approved panel shop and can build industrial enclosures from our designs or from yours. All enclosures are checked out electrically and programatically to ensure that it is delivered to you ready for installation. Call us for a quote.
PLC and PC Programming
Our PLC experience is extensive. Along with all Allen Bradley products, we have experience in Modicon, TI, Siemens S7, Omron, Automation Direct, and many others. We also design and program many different types of operator interaces. We have experience in Panelview, RSView, TCP, Automation Direct, Panelmate, and may others.
Electrical Installation, Electrical Check Out, and Program Start Up
After building, we can deliver and install most enclosures. We provide both installation and engineering services to ensure that the control system that you purchased will be installed in compliance with local and national codes and in a timely fashion.
Documentation and Training
No system is complete without documentation and training. As a rule, our systems are designed to be as intuitive to use as possible. Also, if things do need attention, alarm messages are provide that can direct the operator in how to correct any problem. Written and electronic operator manuals, parts manuals, documented programs, and electrical CAD drawings are always provided at the end of the project. Finally, if your operators need training at your job site, we can provide that also.
